Can anypne pls post in your feedback on Vagdevi Vilas School in Marthahalli

Hi,

I had interaction in Vagdevi for mont 1 this morning and we are satisfied with it.

My child was asked to do a wooden veg puzzle and she did it without much help. Then she was given few wooden beads which she put in thread. The thread was loose, and she impressed co-ordinator by trying to tight it. Then she was shown fruits and animals pictures in a book. She identified fruits in english and her mothetounge & all animals with her extra Meows..and mooos and also told that Girrafe is found in zoo, and zoo is in mYsore. Huh! Done!!!

We had fun!

After this we were directed to admission office where we got selection letter.

We also met the principal who very promptly guided us to counselor to decide on what system we choose for our daughter. They were humble, honest and absolutely no show off/ pressure on child or us. The counselor did not even emphasis on admitting in Vagdevi and she freely provided info on other options if we wish to explore and what best practices can we follow to nurture the giftedness in children.

The teachers were speaking GOOD english/were willing to give more info and montessori co-ordinator told us to come and see the classrooms and understand montessori equipments/methodology on any working day.

The final thing, we plan to go to the school on weekday and check on feasibility/facility of transport for small children and pay the fees.

No Donations, absolute transperency in fees, Happy parents, Well furnished classrooms and good infrastructure, very humble co-ordinators and a special counselor for children and parents- all put together Vagdevi exceeded our expectations!
