Kumarans Bangalore: First standard admissions closed abruptly?

We are trying to apply for Kumaran's CBSE in South Bangalore. According to their website, the last date for applying is November 1, 2010 for the 2011 academic year, however, they have already stopped accepting forms in October itself due to large number of applications. This is disappointing. If they announce a particular last date, shouldnt they stick to it?
