PSBB Bangalore Transfer crtificate issuance in mid session

Has anyone so far taken the TC from PSBB during the mid of the session ?? If yes I would like to know the process and if any hurdles came from the administration of PSBB school in giving the TC ?? Please share your experience if you can please !! I truly would appreciate your responce in this regard.
