Wanted to know if any of these schools have pre-decided that there would be a 10% hike in tuition fees every year ?

It's pretty much a guarantee that the schools will hike the fees year over year.

The exception may be the new horizon gurukul. I think this is the first year of their operation. But I can bet that they will increase it next year.
