Eurokids, Mulund West: Complaint

i m not happy with Eurokids Mululd West branch i got lots of complaits within two three months. I m happy with the teacher but very upset with the principal behavour. she is behaving with parents like a street good. her behaviour with us very bed. she always putting their mistake on parents. we always cooperating with her but she is not.

one day my son came out from the school in a wet pent he did toitet but not changed by school. the school gave me i-card of my son but tehy wrote my wrong no. and did laminated when i told the principal to the principal change the no. she replied you change yourself. what is this? one day my son got hurt somewhere in the school i was a red mark on his nose i ignoted because it can happend anywhere but everydays they r doing mistake and spoiling Eurokids emage.

please take quick action otherwise she will spoiled your school images.

I had first hand experience of trying to resolve my issue - both at the franchisee level as well as Head office and I feel the culture flows from the top. Its at their whims and fancies they make or break policies and if something has gone wrong, they become police and as per their convenience they decide what is wrong or right. I had interacted with their Owner - Uday mathur, who does not respond to any parents plea (how can I expect this?), Vikas Phadnis, Partner at Euro Kids, God knows someone as Prajodh and all of them just want to show how wrong we were in admitting our child in their school. Also they have kept someone at their office named Uttam whose responsibility is only to terrorize the parents.

Just to make money, they have given franchisee to any tom,dick and harry and when we raise issue to them, they also behave in similar fashion.
