Details

Canadian International School started out as "The Canadian School of India" in 1996. The school was founded to cater to the International educational needs of NRI and expat families living and working in Bangalore. This school became the "Canadian International School" when it was taken over by Mr. Ramani Sastri (Sterling Developers (Real Estate)) in 2004.

The kindergarten programme has 3 levels (Pre-KG, Junior KG and Senior KG). Each of these has a Montessori component everyday.

For grades 1 through 10, CISB follows the curriculum prescribed by the Ontario Ministry of Education, Canada (http://www.edu.gov.on.ca). It has been further enriched to meet the needs of the international students.

Grades 11 and 12 follow the IB Diploma Programme

CISB provides college counselling and guidance programmes.
Fee Structure

The school has been pretty transparent about the fees and have published them on the website. Here's the summary (2009-2010):

  • Pre-school: Rs. 2.21Lakhs (half day) and Rs. 3.11Lakhs (full day)
  • Jr. & Sr. KG: Rs. 3.11Lakhs
  • Grades 1-6: Rs. 5.06 Lakhs
  • Grades 7-12: Rs.5.11 Lakhs

Note: Boarding and transportation fees extra. Please check with the school for up to date information.

8.15 AM to 3.55 PM

Only half day kindergarden student 2.2 L and full time 3.1 L, What The crazy people.your definitely not teaching any good things

If people pay like this? I am asking why do't they come to Canada?

in here means canada , Go to any desent school K to 12 Whole year we are not even
spending $1000 Dollars= 40,000 Rs.

Please let me know the procedure and requirements to join Canadian International school through scholarship programme( WITH OUT FEES) the girl is studying in 7th standard, cluny convent high school. ICSE SYLLABUS.
