I dont know weather the management is sleeping ? They both uses a cheep method on teachers like keeping spy behind teachers.. This type of character is not at all suitable for a teacher post, but here they have been a useless principal and coordinator. I can challenge or anyone can test them, They dont even have a capacity to teach for a primary class also. They never prepare substitution for teachers or any question papers nothing. They dont use their mind to good things, Without any experience unfortunately they got a very good post so they are trying to protect there seat by keeping only chamchas and throwing out all good and self respected teachers.
One day a boy asked the teacher permission and went for a rest room , for that the mrs. d has punished that boy by standing near reception counter for whole day and the boy was literally crying for his leg pain, at the same time she was warned that if he complain this for his parents then he will be thrown out. This is very much illegal. If this continues, very shortly school will lose the reputation. Moreover she is thrown out of BGS . Jnana sweekar is a big school the management should take a correct decision.

Please its very important to go through
As we are the faculty members of JSPS writing this letter to inform you about the things which are actually happening in the school and how all the teachers are being harassed by the respected principal and the co-ordinator.So kindly we are requesting you to arrange an open discussion session for the teachers immediately.
The things are as follows:
1. Scolding the teachers unnecessarily in front of the students.
2. Teachers were openly asked to resign by the principal saying that she wanted to set her own network to JSPS.
3. Targeting on some teachers and harassing us like anything for resignation.
4. Daily meetings without agenda and the teachers are being scolded by the words which are should not be used and talks about her personal things.
5. More than one hour assembly this effects on the healthy academics.
6. No proper guidance is being given by them. Both of them are not accessible, all the time spending, eating and chatting in the cabin.
7. Treating the teachers like slaves.
8. Both of them are always busy in talking over the phone.
9. Favours and supports the teachers those who accepts their cunning attitude.
10. Nothing is doing systematically.
11. No stress on quality teaching.
12. Threats about the teachers migration from BGS.
13. Teachers are struggling with writing work. So we are unable to focuss on our teaching.
14. Principal’s dress code is sometimes very horrible which will be a negative influence on the school environment.
15. Bad facial expressions of the co-ordinator.
16. Heavy work pressure.
17. Teachers are not encouraged to come up with their ideas.
18. Both of them are behaving like dictators.
19. We are not allowed to talk to the management directly.
20. They are working with “Divide and Rule” method.

“PLEASE SAVE TEACHERS AND REPUTATION OF THE SCHOOL”

Please we are requesting you to take immediate actions and it is better to run the school without them,because they are not doing any right task.We will work honestly for the growth of the school.If any good things are happening ine school, that is all by the teachers hard work.

The school management has deployed Mrs.Deshpande to suddenly reveal their true colours.
They have increased school fees by 10% (confidence cum arrogance that they are better off now), transport charges by 5% (justified due to fuel price hike many times), smart class 2000 (children have not been shown this for months), made tennis compulsory ! (Mr.Gowda's ill advised wife seems to be dictating terms now - what exp does she have in education, can anyone tell me ?) - All this points to a dictator face playing in the background - No negotiation with parents, not even the courtesy to tell them or listen to them ! Does the school think that they can carry off sweetly with all these bullying tactics ?
They should know that all parents talk to each other on this and a severe outburst is building up against this school - Mr.Balakrishna Gowda & Mrs, should try to keep the good name of the school in tact and not play with the big parent community - We are watching you and you will see the results unfold. Beware, wake up and take remedial action and please understand that you have to work within the boundaries of customer interests else will dig your own grave gradually. Or, rather, we will dig one for you.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEESE BEFORE YOU ADMIT YOUR CHILD TO JSPS YOU THINK 100 TIMES BETTER BECAUSE THE PRESENT PRINCIPAL AND CO-ORDINATOR BOTH ARE VERRY CUNNING AND CURRUPTED. SHE IS NOT CONCENTRATING ON THE HEALTHY ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT. EVERYDAY TEACHERS ARE CHANGING AND THE NEW TEACHERS ARE BEING APPOINTED FOR LESS PAY. WE MUST THINK HOW THE LESS PAID TEACHERS ARE ABLE TO TEACH THE CHILDREN------------------------------
