I Believe in Kara!
Hello All!
Kara has been a haven for my kids. And I am no anonymous person. I am a long standing Kara parent . Not once but twice over.
My daughter started with the erstwhile "Gintara"when she was 3yrs. I subsequently moved her to Kara when Gintara branched out into Kara & Gaia. This decision was based on what was more suitable for my child & where I thought my child enjoyed a more caring & nurturing environment.
Every question, every concern over the years (and not necessarily those concerning Kara) was keenly followed & addressed too. I moved out my daughter only in the 1st grade to another school. I still have a younger son, who continues to attend KARA. I have known Katherine for 4 years now & experienced Kara over the past 3 years. I am VERY HAPPY to have found KARA. My daughter still loves visiting the school to meet with the "didi's" there.
The attention to detail that I have seen in KARA flows across the board from Katherine, to Trupti , Arundhati, Savitha, Kalpana (from the current team @ JML) as well as the caring & attentive support staff. Such caring does not come easy (and is not found in any other pre-school) in a comercial set-up. And as a matter of fact, there is no benchmark to it either. There is no school/ preschool that I would even want to explore for my child (even if it was offerred for FREE).
Does that mean that KARA always has the BEST staff all the while? Kara teachers are really sought after and with good teachers, they always stand the risk of them being offerred more lucrative options financially. But that just means they are good enough to be sought after. Does that not say something??!! Also there are odd instances where a choice has not fitted in too well into the Kara philosophy & guidelines for child care. I have seen such people being unobtrusively but firmly weeded out over the last 3 years. That there is 1 out of 10 staff who might be a misfit is not a major concern. However that it is checked in time & corrected is what I find very commendable.
There have been times when parents have acted out of turn, very rudely. Kara has lost some wonderful people lon account of such unruly behaviour.Geeta, the head of the RMV centre left after one such incident. How many parents would demand a "compensation" from another for such outcomes?? I would like to slap a case against such parents who cost our kids a wonderful teacher if that was a possibility.
Is KARA cheap???
NO. When my daughter joined Gintara the fees felt very steep to us too. Over the years things have gone well and it is much more affordable today. However, they seem like value for money today and every step along the way too over the last 3 years. The love, care & nurturing our kids get at Kara can barely be measured.
Its a pity that KARA is only a pre-school. I wish I never had to move my kids out of the Kara environment atleast untill Grade10.
Is KARA the perfect pre-school for your child?
Depends on what you are looking for - BUT decide that by speaking to actual people & seeing facts for yourself. Do not trust these blogs. There are too many people venting out unrelated greivances in the wrong place.
- Do get in touch with genuine Kara parents in person.I do not want to leave my contact number here for obvious reasons. But if you want to touch base & get a genuine understanding of Kara for your child, do write to me on archana.lif@gmail.com.
- Better still.....stop outside a Kara school gate as the kids arrive in the morning & leave at varied times from 12noon or 3 pm or 5pm-5:30pm and see for yourself.
- Or check with the school & join in for a Koffee with Kara session where you will get genuine feedback from real Kara parents... (not pretend ones).
My best wishes & all my support to KARA, Katherine & the wonderful KARA team at JML.

Glendale academy international - So far so good
My 5 & half year old daughter has been studying here from this academic year here in Glendale. The school seems to be good and my daughter is very happy.
They send info on what has been taught in the last month, lunch menu for the current month and all.
So far so good.
Lexicon Int School Wagholi- Good Experience for my KID.
Hi,
My son had joined Lexicon Int School in LKG. Initially I was worried about my son as he is so young , how will he cope with other kids and the big school environment. To our delight my son has improved not even intellectuallty but socially. A lot of effort by his teachers and very excellent course material and curriculum. The precentage of improvement in just 2 months is from 30% to 70%. That is a healthy change. Now he is confident in talking and interacting. He recites poems at home and has become very creative and bold.
Earlier my son used to deny for going to school and did not know what a holiday means and what is meaning of picnic , but the curriculum given by lexicon has thought him to understand all these meanings.
The school bus provided by the school is always prompt on time and the school bus driver is very responsible. He can be contacted if there is any delay in the morning to get my Son ready , he could wait for 5 mins if informed or just tell him to pick at some other point which falls after some time further.
The school environment is also very nature friendly and has a swimming pool and a Ground and a Garden for childrens to Play.
This year lexicon also announced the Fees reduction from Next year to 38 Thousand which I found very nice on part of the school Management.
Lastly I feel I will continue my son study in Lexicon till graduation.

NPS rajajinagar montessori
One of my friend's child who is 2yr 8months old got into NPS rajajinagar montessori. She was not ready to tell me how much they finally ended up paying, but she mentioned that its above 1 lakh for this academic year.
Poor thing, she had enrolled the girl into Kidzee just a weekback before she got the call from NPS and lost that 25K too which she had paid at Kidzee.
I am pretty sure her husband's salary is no where near to 50Lakhs p.a, but from the conversation I could make out that parent's income plays a major role in getting the seat for the child.
Presidency School, East, Kasturi Nagar
My son goes to Presidency School East, Kasturi Nagar and he is enjoying the learning process. The school is good in both Academics and extra curricular activities. But importance should be given to improve the sports facilities too.
The teachers are good and well trained. Good work! Keep it up!
Pupil tree aecs layout the worst school

Just imagine the school whose principal is from marketing company, teachers are from sales background & they charge u 80 k/annum, when u ask them about school the way they projcet ,u will surely fall for that but when later if u ask about teaching mathadology that's it buttreflies all over.
I am suprise how the management is appointing the marketing people for teaching the kids, the main raeson is everyone knows that small kids cannt complain on any thing so theycan appoint what ever they want & can take u for granted !!!!
Better to opt for corporation school but dnt go for PUPIL TREE

Do Not Recommend The Pupil Tree
The Head there was very bossy. Not heard good things about the other branches too. Their fee is too high for the quality delivered. personally know some one whose child studied there. They don't recommend it . There is nothing International about it as they keep saying it.
Others like kidzee, Euro, Planet kids are far better for half the price. Atleast they have a reputation to deliver.
Kennedy High: Comment
This school is very cool. Students learn many things in the school apart from studies. And its infrastructure is also well versed.
